Well equipped modern villa with pool & views
Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb.

Le logement est superbe, très propre, fonctionnel, confortable et très agréable à vivre ! Situé dans une propriété résidentielle, le calme y est vraiment appréciable et reposant. La piscine est un vrai plus et nous ne nous lassons pas de la vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine entre amis en alternant farniente et visites des villes aux alentours qui sont facilement accessibles depuis le logement. Nous sommes tous d’accord pour résumer ce séjour en un mot : magnifique !

Traumhaft schön
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Stephane und seiner Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist mitten in der Natur. Der Poolbereich ist wie im Bilderbuch und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen und man ist schnell in Grasse, St.Tropez, Nizza oder Cannes. Gerne kommen wir nochmal nach La Roquette zu Stephane.

A prestigious and relaxing retreat on the Cote d' Azur

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung
Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Inserat. Die Ausstattung ist neu und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Liebevoll platzierte Deko vermitteln ein heimisches Gefühl und es ist alles vorhanden was man während des Aufenthalts gebrauchen könnte. Trotz verspäteter Anreise wurden wir von Stéphane herzlich empfangen und er hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären und hilfreiche Tipps zu gebe. Stéphane und seine Familie sind überaus diskret, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und vor allem die Kinder haben die Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnung, wie den Pool und das Trampolin sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Trotzdem nur eine kurze Fahrt zu den Stränden in Cannes und Umgebung. Unseren nächsten Urlaub an der Côte d’Azure würden wir jederzeit wieder bei Stéphane und seiner Familie verbringen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Empfang und die wundervolle Zeit!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt an der Côte d‘Azur!
Wie durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung verbringen. Alles entspricht den gezeigten Bildern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, mit Blick auf das grüne Tal. Wenn man etwas Abwechslung möchte sind Cannes, Grasse und Nizza nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Zum wunderschönen Strand/ Küste fährt man nur ca 15 Minuten. Stephané und Sandra waren sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir bekamen viele gute Anregungen für Unternehmungen. Auch unsere beiden Kinder haben den Aufenthalt und vor allem den Pool sehr genossen. Das nächste mal würden wir gerne länger bleiben😄

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll, tiptop in Schuss und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Ortskern (ca 15 Minuten gemütlicher Spaziergang) sind ein leckerer Bäcker, eine Apotheke, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Mal in der Woche Markt. Am Ortsende (ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß sind tolle Feinkostläden (Metzger, Fisch, Bäckerei/Konditorei, Obst und Gemüse, Wein). Man kann sich also auch gut ohne eigenes Auto versorgen. Die Lage ist mega am Ende eines Wohngebiets mit Blick auf ein grünes Tal, morgens wurden wir vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Auch Abends am Pool (kleine Sitzgruppe und Liegestühle) kann man wunderbar die Ruhe genießen. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit guten Tipps für Einkäufe, Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt. Sie wohnen oben im Haus, sind sehr freundlich, super hilfsbereit und diskret. WLAN ist sehr gut, also auch geeignet für Workation bzw. HomeOffice.
