"A wonderful, peaceful location with beautiful gardens. Perfect for easy access to charming local towns, villages and the beautiful Normandy coastline. The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable (especially the bed) with everything we needed. David and Tricia were the perfect hosts - on hand to share their extensive local knowledge and offer plenty of excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit. "The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events.
