"I had a conflict with room selection at check in. I booked a two room garden view room suite but when arrived was given a single room with street view. I approached service desk and showed my reservation and was informed my room was not available and I would need to pay the difference if I wanted a two room suite reservation. Based on the purpose of my travel the two room suite was a necessity. I paid the difference and the family enjoyed the hotel, the staff, and service. "

"It is a nice hotel. Most of the staff is very friendly. Room service is delivered quickly. The last time I stayed there, there was a bar/lounge, but on this trip I was told it was not there anymore. There is only a restaurant where you can order drinks but it's not the same. Overall, a great value. I would stay here again. "

"We got in after midnight and hadn’t eaten. With no restaurant options available, the bartender cut up fresh fruit and cheese and served us even though they were closed. Super happy!!"
