"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"Outstanding hotel, we can’t wait to come back. The staff was terrific. The hotel property, architecture, pool, beach, everything was wonderful. It’s so nice to stay at a hotel where you feel so well looked after.
