Detached house with large garden of 700m² in its natural state, including equipped kitchen, a bright living room surrounded by bay windows and opening onto the south-facing terrace. A small bedroom: 2 70cm beds with a small bathroom: a shower, a hand basin and toilet. A second bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second bathroom with shower and sink. A second separate toilet. Car parking space on site.
Location 150m from the beach and 1000m from the town center.
EQUIPMENT: vacuum cleaner, television, fridge-freezer, washing machine, small oven, microwave, 4 electric burners, electric coffee maker, WIFI.
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 60 euros.
