La maison est conforme aux photos. La propriété est clôturée. Chaque pièce est spacieuse. Beaucoup d'équipements. La maison est très agréable et très bien située. De plus le propriétaire et la personne chargée de remettre les clés sont sympathiques. Location à recommandee.

Ein schönes Haus, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden, sehr schöne Strände sind nicht weit weg. Kann man gerne weiterempfehlen.

Rien ne manque dans cette location pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Nous étions 4 adultes, mais il peut en accueillir 6. La personne qui gère l'arrivée et le départ est très accueillante. Belle région et beaucoup de choses à visiter dans les alentours.

Villa de plein pied qui siège en retrait du centre et de la route, permettant d'être parfaitement au calme. C'est simple mais tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances tranquilles, avec un équipement exhaustif côté cuisine et jardin.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle et fonctionnelle maison de location. On retrouve bien en pratique tout ce que l'annonce du site présentait : il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise. De plus, cette maison est idéalement située proches des commerces, des attractions touristiques et des plages ! Bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous serions ravis de revenir une semaine ou deux. "Misaotra betsaka " Les balnéolais altoséquanais.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement sur site par le gérant. Bien que nous nous sommes trompés de jour d’arrivée, le propriétaire a été très conciliant et nous a permis de nous installer plus tôt. C’est super bon plan pour toutes les familles qui souhaitent passer un séjour en Charente-Maritime. Merci pour tout !

Lieu de séjour pas bruyant. Centre ville Tremblade 1 km permet de se dégourdir les jambes. Ronce les Bains plus animé à 2 kms permet de faire une bonne balade. Très bon séjour. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons.

Cette maison possède toutes les commodités attendues ainsi que les équipements nécessaire. Nous avons profité de la terasse et du coin pelouse. La localisation est optimale aux balades à pied et à vélo. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très agréables. Merci à eux pour ce weekend de Pâques passé dans leur région.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable, la maison est bien située pour visiter et faire des promenades en vélo et au calme. Le centre est à proximité à pied, en vélo pour la boucherie, la poissonnerie, le pain, la presse...... Seul bémol, la literie à revoir et manque fauteuils ou autres pour le coin salon.
