Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and a lake for cooling off and boating. Plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms. The oversized two car garage has a level 2 EV charger available to use for a small fee upon request.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

We were in the St. George area for an annual soccer tournament and this is our 2nd time staying in the here. It was just as much fun as last year. The Pool and Hot Tub is always a blast for the family. The beds and so comfortable and having 2 laundry rooms makes keeping things clean very easy.If you need a fun place for a large group, this is a highly recommended place!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Home was exactly as advertised and we all very much enjoyed our time here. Home was close to shopping and Zion, and a couple hours from Bryce Canyon. The home, host, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! My family of eight plus two visitors stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home served as a central hub for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Coral Sand Dunes. The home was clean, spacious, and very well equipped to accommodate all our needs, including preparing several elaborate meals for the entire family, and keeping everyone entertained after long days of outdoor activities. Used this house for family funeral so we could be together to mourn. It was great for that, and good to throw in some fun after the stress of the funeral. The fridge, table, seating, number of beds, along with entertainment for kids, and teenagers was priceless! The kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone, and the hot tub was relaxing way to end the day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We booked the property based on its proximity to Zion National Park and the space it has for our family. The pool and pickleball court were bonuses. The house was clean and well maintained, with adequate cooking gear, a nice large refrigerator and freezer, comfortable beds and furnishings. The host was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our vacation. We had 12 family members from 78-6. It was in a great location to visit the nearby national parks and provided lots of activity on days we decided to hang out and just relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things we needed to cook a few meals, the house has plenty of space for a large group, and lots of activity options for young and old. It provided the perfect landing spot for an amazing family vacation.

We booked this beautiful home in hopes that it would be the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It turned out beyond amazing. For those who stayed at the property, we took full advantage of the amenities, the pool, pickleball court, huge kitchen, and comfy couch to watch movies. When we hosted friends and family, there was plenty of space to have dinner (both inside and out), play games, and visit. The home was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It is in a very quaint neighborhood and very close to Zion's park, biking and hiking trails, and great restaurants. The owner of the property was amazing at communication, they checked in upon arrival to ensure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. They also checked on us again as we were leaving. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and fun home to stay in, I highly recommend this gem!

Communicating with the owner was simple as they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Amazing house! Perfect for our 13 adults on a bday celebration vacation to zion national park. The coffee shop/pizza restaurant nearby was fantastic with a great view.
