"We had an incredible experience staying here. Our original plan was to use it as a base to go do some fishing and exploring of the area. Once we got there though, the peace and tranquility of the back yard had us rethinking our plans. We spent pretty much all of our time sitting outside in the back yard, moving between the deck, the fore pit area, and the river benches. The added little details the host added around the place made it an incredibly welcoming and peaceful place to be. Both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent there."

"We have been vacationing in the Cuchara area for over 30 years. We have stayed in all sorts of condos and cabins. This condo by far has been the best. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We did not bring our dogs, but if we had, the lower floor is perfect for taking them outside. Jeff is a great host. He responded immediately to any questions. When booking, I was concerned about noise from neighbors, but this trip was very quiet. About the area...we have seen the area go downhill for many years. It is great to see how the residents are improving the property and how a store has opened in the old ski lodge. I'm sure we will be back. Cuchara feels like home to us, and I hope we are able to stay in this condo again! Thank you, Jeff, for making this available!"
