"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"We arrived late {1030pm} with only one night stay due to airline cancellations, but Sylvia at the front desk was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Room is huge & modern, incredibly view. Breakfast :delightful staff, many options, incredible coffee! Clash check out with a nice man who helped us out with our luggage on a rainy day!"

We booked last minute and there was a brief stress because there is no lobby so no one was there to check us in but we reached out and they quickly made plans for later that same day check in. "Our visit could not have been better. Our hosts, Silvia and Luca, spent about 45 minutes with us at check in helping to understand the neighborhood. Apartment was sparking clean and very comfortable. Would have liked to be a bit closer to city center BUT we were able to use Uber successfully. Definitely recommend Casa Amelia! ❤️💛❤️💚❤️"

"The communication was super confusing because there was a chain for multiple people that we needed to talk to an information didn’t get relayed to the correct people. They allowed us to check in late which was super nice but something got miscommunicated and it wasn’t a super pleasant experience talking with the owners. The free shuttle bus to the nice village of Fiesole to take the bus to the city is perfect. It is only 1.70 eur for a trip from Fiesole to Firenze city centre by bus. Firenze is a stunning city. Our VRBO was the perfect location to the train as well as the heart of Florence (if you don’t mind walking, which was our plan). The flat suited our needs for a short stay. "Everything was awesome, from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff. Raffa, Glenda, Marco, Carolina, Micks, and Vincent greeted us with a smile and superior hospitality multiple times everyday. They all were very helpful with assisting us trying to locate our checked luggage from the airport to helping me find a local golf course to suggesting food for us to try to trying to locate the many wine windows around the city. We will visit Italy again one day and we already decided that this property will be where we stay while we are there. Thank you for everything. (And just in case Raffa and Glenda sees this, our checked luggage never left the Charlotte airport...smh)"
