The house has underfloor heating and a combi boiler giving you constant hot water without having to wait for it to heat up. Outside you have the private pool which is surrounded by railings and trees to give you privacy. Sun loungers and parasol are on the terrace to allow you sunbathe in peace. The town of Labin is an Old Venetian town full of art galleries, fine restaurants and cafe bars. This was an old mining town steeped in history. The area is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside ideal for long walks or bike rides. The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac is 3km away where you can enjoy all sea sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to the many islands. Other sports such as tennis and horse riding are also available locally. The daily open market is a must for buying local produce and fresh fish/meat. Hire a car and take a drive to the ancient town of Pula 35km away where concerts are performed from May to September in The famous Roman Amphitheatre. Take a coastal drive to Icici and Opatia and see the many marina's and casinos. Nearest airport in Pula. Fly direct to Pula from Stansted with Ryanair and other ryanair destinations around Europe, Dublin with Aer lingus, flight time 2.15 mins. Pula is 35 min drive from house, Rijecka (KRK) 1 1/2 hours drive from house. Venice 3.5 hours drive. Official categorization of property.

Private wooden furnished terrace for peaceful dining alfresco. House surrounded by trees for privacy and shade when needed. This region prides itself on family type tourism but its been my experience that it suits all types of holiday makers. For young people look up the events guide for concerts and festivals and for the sporty types try the scuba diving, tennis, zip wires, horse riding etc....
On the beach you will find entertainment for all.
Go on an excursion, hire a boat, eat a home made ice cream, drink cocktails, have a spa treatment, play table tennis, go parasailing or go on a banana boat, take up jet skiing. Try scuba diving. There is just so much to do locally, but hire a car and explore the Istrian Peninsula.
