"We were only here for one night and didn’t have high expectations but our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The service in the lounge/bar was not good. A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect and the process was a little like being at Fawlty Towers! The staff definitely need further training but our stay was good despite our food experience "

"This is a large hotel connected to terminal 1 for KL. a buggy pick up is available from the airport to the hotel but this is also walkable via a footbridge. Great service throughout and clean spacious rooms with great beds. We didn’t use many of the facilities but would happily return."

"A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL"
