"Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given."

"I had a wonderful stay.The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good with a great view of the ocean each morning. The location of the hotel is perfect. I never had to use my car. The description of the hotel and amenities was exact so no surprises. I would come back!"

"Old style hotel bedroom, not very comfortable. There were six of us (3 bedrooms). In one bedroom, there was a leak in the ceiling. There was no bedroom cleaning after the first night, which was the first time ever for us. Good location by the lake."
