"Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg. "

"The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again"

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
