"Unfortunately we are giving a poor and unsatisfactory review. The room was very small, the bed was one step away from the door! The bed creaked loudly when you turned in bed because of the noisy bed springs. The donkeys brayed throughout the night. We did not sleep well. "Soggiorno piacevolissimo in una casa che ha ogni comfort che si desideri. La distanza dalla spiaggia non è eccessiva e permette belle passeggiatine. Il ménage con due bambini piccoli è facilitato dal piano terra. La posizione della casa è comoda in quanto vicina a bar, pizzeria, alimentari e 2 parchi giochi. I padroni di casa disponibili per ogni necessità. Che dire? Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno... Siamo stati benissimo! "

The property is perfectly located for a relaxing time and Cesare was so helpful in getting us transportation to the cruise port the morning of our departure. He was also very helpful when we arrived. "La casa è grande e ben attrezzata. La terrazza è perfetta per mangiare e godersi l'aria aperta. 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Facile parcheggio in strada. Ideale per una vacanza al mare o per un gruppo di 6 persone o per lavorare da casa durante il giorno e godersi la vita notturna di Ladispoli la sera."

"We had a lovely stay in the house, everything we needed for our stay, we were shown around the town as well, its just a shame we didn't have longer, only very small negative point was that we all got covered in mossie bites the first night, in bed (we never sat out) (I had asked the owner and he said there was not many about) but they clearly loved our Scottish skin, it was fine once we applied bug spray.
