3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom beautiful home perfect for a family vacation stay, or a corporate rental. Master bedroom features a California King bed with a top of the line Matress to ensure a great nights sleep. Master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and comes with basic amenities. The second bedroom features a queen bed with comfy bedding to give the feeling of home. Bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds with luxury bedding. Both bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom located in the main hallway. The living room is designed with style in mind and could easily be used for content. The kitchen, while being beautiful, is equipped with all cooking needs and eating utensils ect. A coffee maker is also located in the kitchen along with complimentary pods. All rentals include basic necessities. This home is located in the heart of ladson and just 10 minutes away from Charleston. Less than a mile away from a movie theater, Stars and Strikes, Palmetto Commerce Park, and Boeing. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants.

Great Stay
The house looks just like the pictures - very fun and relaxing. We came for a two night stay after visiting Savannah and were excited to stay in the "Flamingo House". It was everything we wanted and more. We would definitely recommend her home to anyone wanting to visit the Charleston area and avoid the traffic of the city. The only issue we had was with early check-in communication via the VRBO app - but it all worked out in the end - it was only due to an app error but we got connected right away and we had no other issues - Alexis was great and a plethora of knowledge for kid/teen friendly ideas to do in Charleston. If you have kids you MUST visit the Pineapple fountain at Waterfront Park - my 10-year-old kept telling everyone she was at SpongeBob's house - this was a must do recommendation from Alexis and to see my daughters smile when she was in the fountain was priceless.

Short stay before our family cruise
Great place with lots of space for a group. The teens were impressed with the decor instagram photos taken 💕 everyone was able to sleep well and more cost efficient then getting multiple hotel rooms prior to getting on our family cruise the next day! Host checked in with us prior to arrival and gave her number just in case but we found check in / out easy and the place had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay again if I was in the area again! Thanks for having us!!

Great place for a quick stay
Me and my friends participated in the Charleston 10k this weekend and just needed a place to crash for the night. This place was really nice! And inexpensive with bigger groups! Thank you for the stay!

Colorful townhome
The neighborhood was very safe and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. I wish there was a tv in the downstairs living area instead of in every bedroom, and the kitchen table had some type of epoxy topping that made everything stick to it. Everything was very clean except for the floors. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful
The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe which was important to me as I was travelling with my family. It took about 20-30 minutes to get to and from downtown Charleston which was good for us. It is very close to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery. The townhouse is really beautiful and has a lot of character; it looked just like the pictures. The space is used wisely, and it was very clean and comfortable. It also smelled really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make a great meal. I also appreciate the k-cups of coffee in the mornings. The beds were also very comfortable. Alexis is a gracious hostess and has great communication skills. Her place felt like a home. It’s very warm and inviting. We would love to rent her place again when we come back to Charleston.

Ballin on a Budget!!!
This is a great place to stay for a quick getaway. It is very comfortable and had plenty of space for the 4 of us! Decor for nice and we felt at home. There are plenty of things to do that are nearby (movies, bowling, shopping) and plenty of great restaurants as well. Alexis was very helpful and responsive and made sure our stay was great!
