Built in 2018, this beautiful cottage has new appliances including washer/dryer. It's located on a quiet sunny lot near a creek, and has off street parking. The Best Place!
We were visiting a family and friends and this cozy cottage was the most delightful home-away-from-home! It was super clean, supplied everyday amenities, and washer/dryer. I enjoyed sipping my Philz Iced Mint Mojito and reading my book on the back patio. I highly recommend this location and look forward to booking again soon! Cheers!

At the end of a private road, beneath a giant California oak, this retreat is a gem! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, we especially enjoyed the patio with the scents of lavender and honeysuckle. Thank you Elly for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Cozy and enough for two. Enjoyed the easy walk to Trader Joe’s and cooking in the home kitchen. A fantastic treat was watching birds in the garden and nibbling at the feeders. This 1-bedroom is thoughtfully assembled for comfort and low environmental impact.

wonderful little cottage!
Great place, location - perfect, quiet & beautiful surrounding. Fully equipped with nice appliances. Unfortunately - couldn't access the key in the lockbox, which almost left me without a place to stay! (Pet sitter did manage to get the box open for me.) And, the hair dryer didn't last on the "high" setting -wet hair...

This cottage was exactly what I expected and needed. Spent two nights here and the host was very responsive and helpful. I arrived at midnight, and she was proactive and kind enough to make my check-in very smooth. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted with clear instructions on the table along with a bowl of healthy snacks – which felt like home right away. I worked during the day jumping on zoom call, and the wi-fi signal was weak at times, but completely tolerable. I would stay here, again!

Our stay was wonderful! The cottage was clean and efficiently outfitted with everything that met our needs. This is a great place to stay for 2 people. I would suggest a hand rail in the bath/shower and a bath mat in the tub. I had trouble with the lock box for the key but those things do not affect the 5 star rating! I hope to return!

This little cottage is lovely. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy. It was an easy walk to everything you'd need and a good five mile round trip walk to...and around...the Lafayette Reservoir for exercise! Perfect in every way!

I had planned to do some BART hopping but found myself happy and content without a need to be busy. Local boutiques and restaurants as well as Trader Joe’s offer all you need. I didn’t think the little back patio belonged to guests, but it is, and I loved it! Elly maintains a pristine home that is utterly charming.

This is a darling one bedroom cottage that is walking distance to Trader Joes and the main part of downtown Lafayette. We were here for our high school reunion and this worked out perfectly for us. We highly recommend this home. The owner was super responsive to our email questions.
