Built in 2018, this beautiful cottage has new appliances including washer/dryer. It's located on a quiet sunny lot near a creek, and has off street parking. Clean lines, and uncluttered living space are paired with all the essentials needed for cooking a meal at home. TV, WiFi, and internet are included. Enjoy the outdoors on the private shaded patio.

Immaculate, comfortably, quite new one-bedroom, in a central location in Lafayette.

We really liked it, and the landlady was friendly and accommodating. Near all kinds of stuff, yet a long block off the main drag so it was quiet.

The Best Place!

We were visiting a family and friends and this cozy cottage was the most delightful home-away-from-home! It was super clean, supplied everyday amenities, and washer/dryer. This is a darling one bedroom cottage that is walking distance to Trader Joes and the main part of downtown Lafayette. We were here for our high school reunion and this worked out perfectly for us. We highly recommend this home. The owner was super responsive to our email questions.

Beautiful hide-away / Perfect location

This little cottage is lovely. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy. It was an easy walk to everything you'd need and a good five mile round trip walk to...and around...the Lafayette Reservoir for exercise! Perfect in every way!

Cottage Paradise

I had planned to do some BART hopping but found myself happy and content without a need to be busy. Local boutiques and restaurants as well as Trader Joe’s offer all you need. I didn’t think the little back patio belonged to guests, but it is, and I loved it! Elly maintains a pristine home that is utterly charming.

Great place, location - perfect, quiet & beautiful surrounding. Fully equipped with nice appliances. Unfortunately - couldn't access the key in the lockbox, which almost left me without a place to stay! (Pet sitter did manage to get the box open for me.) And, the hair dryer didn't last on the "high" setting -wet hair...

This is our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage and it's definitely one of my favorite places to stay! The easy access to downtown and the Lafayette Reservoir are two highlights. The cottage is immaculate and well-stocked. It's comfortable and easy to settle into. Elly is a wonderful host.

Great Stay in Lafayette

We have stayed in many Vrbos and this wonderful cottage was the very best we have ever experienced. We can’t wait to return for another visit. In addition to being in a wonderful wooded setting, it is convenient to downtown Lafayette. Our host has thought of everything to make our stay extremely comfortable providing coffee, snacks and spices for cooking.
