The place was very clean and in a safe area. We loved the building. They even had tea, candy and snacks there for us. It was wonderful to be able to wash clothes so we do not have to return home and do laundry. Thank you so much, we will be back!

We reserved this place to play baseball at ULL. The location was close to the park, and our down time excursions were all within walking distance. There were a variety of restaurants close by. The house host sent easy to follow instructions to enter the building. Not to mention, my boys loved the apartment atmosphere. She provided all linens, towels, and shampoo/conditioner for each room. It was nice (up to date), clean, and cozy. Last detail to add, parking and a parking pass was provided. If we play here again, we will try to reserve this spot again.

This was a perfect location for Festival International, right in downtown Lafayette. The space was modern, neat, and clean with thoughtful touches. Teresa was a kind and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again.
