"The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. "The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. "I was looking for a special place that was unique and I found this incredible hidden gem. It is absolutely stunning in person property itself and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They helped my mom up a few steps and once we got the room I was in heaven. It is classy, the food is incredible and the pool is super clean as well as everywhere else. Great escape from the world and it’s close to the wineries. I will return again!!! "

"Really nice property and hotel. The roof tops on some of the villas are awesome. We had a fire and a bottle of wine our first night there on the room and really enjoyed a starry night. Only negative is the ~20 minutes of rough dirt roads to the hotel. It take awhile to get to Mendoza (1 hr) and other wineries are almost all 25 min . Not the end of the world as tge property makes up for it. "

"This group goes out of their way to ensure travelers are taken care of. They can help with tours, give great advice on vineyards, have an excellent cellar themselves. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. "We enjoyed our room with Andes Mountains view while visiting near Mendoza, Argentina. The hotel was very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful for recommendations and information on the general area.. Breakfast delivered daily was delicious and filling. "The hotel is brand new but lacks some care for detail. E.G. Bathroom is big but shower is undersized. Comparing to previous reviews, they now have fridge and minibar in the room.
