This rental offers you a decor that is modern and well thought-out in a charming residence typical of the region, and an idyllic setting for the holidays!
This Provençal farmhouse with private swimming pool in LAGNES, near Isle sur la Sorgue, offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and the Monts du Vaucluse.
You are only 4km from Isle sur la Sorgue and about 1km from the center of the village of Lagnes and the first shops (bakery, press, grocery store, restaurant...) etc.
Lagnes is a small Provençal village, located at the foot of the Pieï rock. The village of Lagnes is dominated by a 13th century castle, which gives it a unique medieval atmosphere. Small narrow streets, lined with old houses, generously decorated with flowers, give a lot of charm to this village. There you can admire the Old Washhouse which was previously the Chapel of the White Penitents.
During the summer, numerous events and exhibitions bring the village of Lagnes to life (sculptures, crafts, paintings, etc.).
EXTERIOR:
This Provençal farmhouse with private swimming pool in Lagnes near Isle sur la Sorgue, is located on 1.28 hectares of land of which 5000m² are available to holidaymakers.
The other part consists of land equipped for 2 horses (not present during the rental period).
The 5000m² garden is enclosed. There is an electric access gate and a covered parking space for 3 vehicles.
An exceptional view of the Provencal countryside and the mountain range of the Monts du Vaucluse is also available to you.
The garden contains:
• A private outdoor swimming pool (12x6, depth of 1 meter to 1.80 meters) in service from June 1 to November 1, with alarm-type security systems + an unapproved protective barrier. Access to the swimming pool is via steps.
• A 50m² terrace facing South/East with deckchairs.
• A pétanque area.
• An outdoor table with 8 chairs.
• A mobile gas barbecue.
• Garden furniture.

INTERIOR:
This Provencal farmhouse with private swimming pool in Lagnes near Isle sur la Sorgue dates from the 18th century. It has an area of 220m², on two levels, fully air-conditioned.
Renovated in 2020, it offers great comfort. The decor is modern and well thought-out.

GROUND FLOOR:
An independent kitchen (20m²) equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and dining area.
A scullery with a second sink, dishwasher and fridge.
A living room (42m²) with a fireplace, TV (cable channels), HIFI equipment, internet, a piano and an office space.
