"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly. "

"My son and I had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Verde! The hotel was exceptional in every way - service, cleanliness, comfort, food, etc!! It was convenient having the beach right across the back yard area, and their indoor/outdoor pool areas were lovely (nice gym too!) I would highly recommend! It is worth noting that I saw mainly adults staying here (not that kids aren’t welcome but it had a more mature, quiet vibe). "
