"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys.
