Tired property
The property is tired and in need of updating, old décor, old appliances etc. Every time we used the shower, the old curtain rail feel from the wall fixing, which I had to push back into place. The Internet information was incorrect, their was an old style dongle in the apartment that gave NO Internet connection at all, which made it impossible to receive important email, checking in for return flight etc. The TV had no terrestrial tv channels at all and there was an old VHS tape recorder for entertainment? The front door key was very stiff to use making it difficult to gain access into the apartment. The only real plus to this tired apartment was the location, other than that I definitely wouldn't book this apartment again which was very disappointing for a much needed break.

Budget stay in Luz
Great view, good location in the centre of Luz. You can walk to everything. But the apartment is tired and definitely in need of an update. Let’s just say that there are not one but two VHS tape players (if you’re under 50 years, google it) as well as a CD and cassette player (again, google it). Rita and Pedro who manage the property are really nice and responsive to any needs, but there’s only so much they can do. If you’re looking for inexpensive vs. luxury it might work for you.

Great Apartment near the Beach
What a lovely place! The apartment is a very short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants, and the balcony is perfect for a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful week. Very nice area and beautiful view. Be aware that the walls are thin and the building of concrete, your neighbors can hear your every conversation and movement of furniture.

Localização excelente para quem não quiser usar o carro. Linda vista, a 5 minutos da praia. Casa equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia na praia. Local muito sossegado, ideal para crianças. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Rita, como sempre. Experiência a repetir.

Eenvoudig appartement op een geweldige locatie
Het appartement zelf is oke. Eenvoudig (daar houd ik van) en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig De meubels zijn oud. De bedden behoorlijk slecht. Bij dit laatste ligt naar mijn mening wel een aandachtspuntje voor de verhuurder. Zeker gezien de prijs van het appartement. Alleen de locatie is geweldig! En daardoor neem je de rest met liefde voor lief. Niets lekkerder dan wakker worden met het geluid van de zee en ontbijten met zo'n geweldig uitzicht. Wij hebben met heel veel plezier onze dagen hier doorgebracht en zullen zeker terugkomen!!!

Schöner Urlaub
Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Lage ist prima, Strand fussläufig erreichbar, gleich um die Ecke zwei Supermärkte, Cafes und Restaurants auch innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Blick vom oberen Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut, wenn auch die Treppe sehr steil ist. Küchenausstattung ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, d.h., wenn man Pech hat (wie wir - sehr laute britische Nachbarn, die rund um die Uhr Party gemacht haben), dann bekommt man alles mit. Aber nachdem die Nachbarn weg waren, war es herrlich! Danke an Diana für unkomplizierten Check-in und Check-out.
