The stuff was great, Ola at the front desk was very attentive and helped as much as possible and was also very friendly. The staff cleaned the room well. The carpets could be better maintained and cleaned. Breakfast is only for one regardless of the number of occupants.

The staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely tried to resolve issues quickly. I especially want to acknowledge Mr. Olayemi, who was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. That said, the amenities did not meet expectations for the rating. Upon arrival, the two-bedroom unit we booked was unavailable due to electricity and AC issues, and we were asked to wait several hours while staying in a one-bedroom instead. The wait extended much longer than initially stated. Once we moved into the correct unit, several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. While the microwave was eventually replaced, it was not working upon arrival. More importantly, the lack of consistent electricity affected AC reliability, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. Other essentials (such as towels and bathroom bins) had to be requested. Overall, the service was strong, but the inconsistent power supply and incomplete amenities lowered the overall experience, resulting in an average stay.

My stay at 24/7 was the best hotel experience I hear in my multiple trips to Lagos. The property has a kitchen floor cooking, gym, and rooftop lounge. The property was clean, and The strat was Excellent. They had a generator and electricity and air condition. There's was a grocery near by, and the property has security. I will surely stay again. My only complaint is the wifi wasn't working, and the beds were very hard and not comfortable. But I greatly enjoyed my stay and will be staying again soon. I highly recommend!

Very accommodating hotel. They have 24 hours lights and water, cable tv, nice gym and pool. They also have full kitchen with stove, gas, pots, pans, and dining utensils. Very convenient.

I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed in/cramped. no dishwasher/blender 3. No champagne service, couple dining, dining table. 4. Kids? no pool gate. The pool isn’t open to use anytime. I wanted to swim but was told it was being serviced. 2 hours later i Went to swim, I was stopped saying it needed serviced. They got a few bugs out then let me in 5. gym is onthe rooftop, it’s SO hot its impossible to use. There is no AC just a portable fan. (I booked for the gym) 6. water is not free! We got charged. 7. No toiletries provided! only allowed one towel at a time even with 2 people. 8. Water ran out, had to wait 2 hours to shower. Another time it ran out while I had shamooo in my hair. 9. They washed car without permission, charged us. Security always asks for money. 10. Power goes out often. When it does the fridge shuts off & AC doesn’t work. 11. Ordered room service, front gate refused them entry even tho say 24 hours. 12. When washing teeth use bottled water. I didn’t and water is contaminated. I’m very sick!
