The staff were very nice and professional. However, we had a problem with the bathroom and we called three times for someone to come and check it out. They said that they will send someone to look at the situation. And no one ever came. We were there for two nights with this problem. Also we believe that when choosing this hotel it should state that they do not accept any form of credit cards especially if you are from another country. To know this will help others to seek other means of their stay. Besides these issues, our stay were good.

First time they forgot to book our shuttle and we nearly missed our flight. Food at the restaurant took about an hour each time. We ordered. Otherwise, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

The Rollace Hotel front desk reception need to up their game. They're to darn slow. It should not take more than 10 minutes to check a guest-in. My check-in took more than 45 minutes. And I booked my room online. Do not tell a guest who has been sitting on a flight for more than 20 hours (some flights from the US) to go and sit down before they can be attended.

From desk assistant manager or supervisor is not supportive at all. I had injury in my leg and my children requested me to be flown back to UK. This man not only gave me 2nd floor but far from lift and he knew I’m not as young and I was carried to Hotel. I needed extra sheets and towels all he says to any request was policy this and that. Yet I was there on and off for a Month this to me is bad customer service. Others staff GOD bless them. They were absolutely fantastic

Overall your property is decent. Your staff very professional. Please make the phone stop ringing. Not sure why the room service phone kept ringing in the middle of the night. Disturbing my sleep. Especially when I needed to get up early the next morning to catch an early flight.

The staff I interacted with (front desk, porter, and kitchen) are friendly and they put the customer first. I like that culture. The standard room is comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It's at par with what you'd get at US chains like Marriott, Extended Stay, Best Western, etc. Closeness to the airport, security and cleanliness are other things I like about Rollace. I highly recommend them.
