The room was nice albeit basic. Good sized shower and bathroom but a funky smell coming from the pipes. Bed was very comfortable. The 4th floor landing had a great view bit there was a fair amount of construction materials around the property.

For the price I don’t think it’s the worst place to stay, since it’s so close to everything. However, the room was not as renovated/new as the pictures lead you to believe. We had a trail of ants inside the room and couldn’t have food sitting for more than 2 minutes before it became infested with ants. The bathroom also had a strong odor of mildew.

The room was very noisy from the traffic on pacific coast highway and I could hear loud tv noise coming from other rooms. I had to leave early to catch my flight this morning before checking out and there was no hot water in the hotel so I had a long day of travel without a shower. The sink had a sewer smell coming from it but the maintenance person came right away.

Stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, so it was easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which made it convenient to come and go without worrying about finding a spot. Overall, a solid choice for a beach getaway!

Nothing fancy but very fair price. Perfect hotel if you need a place to sleep in Laguna Beach knowing you will spend most of the time at the beach or doing some shopping around. Rooms are clean and beds confortable. All I needed, would go back with no hesitation
