Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "I LOVED the cleaning ladies, we stayed there for 13 nights. It was absolute bliss coming home to a clean mopped house every day. Not only that, they noticed we had laundry to be done. Washed, dried, folded and delivered next day. Shuttle bus was only too friendly to drop us anywhere around Kamala. Would highly recommend. Love you guys ! "

"Beautiful property right on the ocean. Very friendly staff. Great service. Excellent food. Just great views from every spot. We had a private pool in our villa - one evening we were drinking Champagne in a regular tall glass by the pool, didn’t bother to request a flute. Next day, our housekeeper noticed that and brought us flutes without us asking- that’s called service!!"

Quiet retreat steps from patong beach

"Stayed in the upper one bedroom suite so we used the upper pool and dining area for breakfast. The view and service area as fantastic. I think this was the best pool of the 3. Booked to have quiet but walking distance for night life. This place delivered that. The staff was so attentive. I called this the chutes and ladder resort given it was on the side of a mountain. Being driven up to our room was a must even though we are fit. I am not sure how easily accessible the lower level rooms are. There sure were a lot of stairs. So be aware. Breakfast and happy hour were included which was nice and the food good. Also the private beach was small and not useable (imo) so we borrowed towels and rented2 chairs for $200bath on paying beach. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and our room (Tropicana Superior) was lovely and very spacious. Pool areas were relaxing, clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were hard working and very friendly, always happy to help. Good range of food to choose fromat breakfast. Great location, close to main restaurants and Karon Beach, which is also very nice. Plenty of sunbeds for hire"
