"The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up...

"Love the location and the easy walk to the beach. It’s alway a well kept place and has everything you need. "

Still everything was very functional, despite the lack of water pressure in the kitchen when someone was using the shower. Also, water took awhile to heat up. "This was the main highlight of our fun vacation in Fort Bragg / Mendocino. The house is right at the border of the forest and has excellent views of the both the forest and the ocean. Keep at least a night to view the sunset from the bed as viewing the sunset is worth it from the house when you're not on the beach. The greenhouse / glasshouse attached to the house was where we ate most meals as a family under the stars. Seeing deer wandering around while sipping on wine was the best combination...

"This is a lovely place. The house is spacious and welcoming. There were 6 of us and it felt like there would be room for 10 people. It's obvious the owners put in a lot of effort to ensure guests have whatever they need. The house was fully stocked. Everything was nice and clean. We played ping pong and air hockey, barbecued, and had a camp fire. There was one gotcha, though. The posting said the house is pet friendly, but it made no mention of an additional charge for bringing a dog. I didn't...

"Property is dated, definitely could use remodeling. Despite that, it is immaculately kept. Well stocked with essential kitchen items, towels and bedding. Its on a very large privet lot. The hot tub is awesome and the beach access is great! Only downside was the beds were a little uncomfortable and we couldn't get the gas fireplace in the sun room to work. "Just returned from my solo stay for four nights at the Beachcomer Motel in Fort Bragg and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. My king room was large with a comfy bed and chair, lots of plug-in options, appeared to be recently remodeled with nice furniture, lamps and mirrors. No daily housekeeping, which I preferred, but easy to call and get anything that was needed. Sunsets from my ocean view room were spectacular. I’ll be back!"
