The staff is unbelievably friendly. If there is anything in doubt they take care of it with no problems. We are right on the ocean with an easy walk to Whaler's Village. We enjoyed the "quiet pool" for a relaxing day in the sun during our stay.

One of the worst experiences I have had in Maui. A family trip for some R&R. The check in experience was pathetic. The staff was rude and uncaring. The condo, although nice, had cockroaches. Yikes. It was impossible to get nice pool chairs unless I “paid under table” to join a lottery. Overall, not an experience I hoped or expected for such a pricy place.

Kid friendly. Clean hotel rooms, you even get the essentials if you want to purchase some groceries you know there will be appliances and cooking tools at your hotel to use. There is no bar in the hotel but if you are okay walking to the next door hotel for a drink then you are okay. As to food wise, its relatively good... not many options to a foodie. Most foods are good but they are all the same . Better to cook for yourself on the outside grill area next to the pools especially if you have kids. Overall the best hotel for parents.
