There was mold in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door got stuck, and there was a big hole in the door where it looked like somebody punched it.

The pictures of the hotel room looked so pretty but when I checked in the room was dirty it was just so ghetto not even the tv worked! The room was just falling apart. Never again!

Quite literally the best place I've ever stayed at. Clean no fuss got into my room put my stuff down left came back went to sleep woke up checked out in two seconds that's it.

Drug infested, dealers everywhere, junkies asking for drugs, and money, staff was rude, housekeepers stole from us when we were gone and away from the room , other guests are loud and 80% of them are living here and all staff live here and are racist. I want a refund

This day was completely horrendous they were absolutely rude they pretty much kicked us out and told us that we could not renew because we asked that they were not called why we were still staying there for the prior complaints that we had made but yet someone at your establishment at Expedia did call and they got word that it was us to complain and they would not allow us to renew and with it being memorial Day weekend put us in a really bad predicament on somewhere else to look at and we are completely unhappy with both Expedia and woodspring suites

This was the dirtiest hotel ever. When I arrived the clientele looked very sketchy and the room smelled heavy of drugs. The person above us started moving furniture or something around at 11:30 pm and the noise continued through the early morning. Terrible customer service, terrible staff.

Avoid at all costs!
This place was not good. It's a low price generally but there are other hotels in the area that are much cleaner/nicer for similar cost. Poor customer service. Had to call in by phone to get an attendant to check me in. Bathroom was old and nasty. Toilet was weak and not 100% clean. One of the worst decisions to book this hotel.

Walked in and it smelled like cigarettes. Got to our room and there was lots of very noticeable dust in one area on the ceiling. The room itself wasn’t bad. The floor looked to be “spot swept” … overnight was good but when we were getting ready to leave, there was a roach on the wall. Overall, I wouldn’t reccomend and probably wouldn’t stay here again.
