Staff at the hotel are very kind. They offered to make me a coffee at 4:30 am on my way out :) most places wouldn’t care if you had a coffee before breakfast hours! The hotel was nice, clean and well kept.
Did not use any amenities as we were just grabbing some sleep on a trip through Orlando. The bath towels were so soft - not like normal itchy hotel towel! Everything was great for the 12 hours we spent there!

We had a large comfortable two bedroom for two couples. The bathrooms were not spotless but livable. The hot tub appeared to need a water change and/or chemicals - our bathing suites really smelled after using. Check in, security and parking was all really easy. Fast elevators; good size kitchen, nice balcony overlooking pool

When booking the stay, we weren’t aware of additional charges for the water park area. That was very disappointing.
Wonderful amenity to have free bike rentals and mini golf included but sad about the water slide area. Smoke smells in our room from neighboring units smoking in their unit, door seal on our front door not sealed properly so smoke and noise came in.
Balcony’s were nice to have screened in and allow fresh air when neighbors weren’t smoking

"We were in building 12 and it was a great loction to lobby area. It was quiet, the room was newly renovated and was cleaned wonderfully when we needed. The waterpark area was alot of fun.
