Bring the whole family! Enjoy the Adirondacks with all the amenities of a cabin resort property. We are located in Diamond Point, far enough away from the busy Lake George village but close enough to all that Lake George has to offer! This cabin unit offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area, gas fire table and ADK chairs on the deck. This chalet is a part of the Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge, with seasonal amenities that include pool, game room, and outdoor activities.
The space
This is our most popular A-frame style chalet, a two-level accommodation overlooking the resort, set privately on the hill. This spacious home features two bedrooms and sleeps 6. The top floor has a queen hickory log bed and two twin log beds, easy chair and hanging swing seat. The larger main floor master has a queen hickory log bed. On the main floor there is a full kitchen, living room (smart TV with Hulu, Roku, etc), one bath and an elevated deck with an outdoor gas fire-table and patio seating. The chalet has quaint Adirondack charm and offers full access to all amenities at the resort. The main floor level is the middle story of the A-frame, and the entrance to this and the deck is accessed via a set of stairs. It is not a ground floor level. The middle-floor level deck is a smaller space, and includes a gas fire table and Adirondack chairs for 4. On the inside, the first-floor level includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, bath with tub/shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The chalet is heated and cooled by a brand new ductless mini-split system. The space is well appointed in the Adirondack style and offers the comforts of home. Parking is located near to the cabin. This chalet has access to all of the resort amenities. Please book this accommodation for 3 nights or more during our summer season, or 2 nights or more year-round. Please call for exceptions and requests. Accommodates up to 6 guests. For those seeking ground - floor level accommodations with few or no steps, please review our complete selection. The Pines #6 sits directly above the ground floor cabin Pines #5, a king one bedroom with living room and kitchen, sleeps 3. This can be reserved as a companion to the above, providing a 3 bed / 2 bath that sleeps 9. This space is The Pines Cardinal Cabin #30, and can be also viewed on VRBO or on other Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge platforms.

This A-Frame chalet is located on the Adirondack Diamond Point Resort property, which includes a variety of cabins and lodge suites between 1 and 3 bedrooms in size. Please feel free to ask questions to help find the right accommodation for you. The ADK Lodge is owned and operated by the Drake Family, and offers a full complement of staff that immaculately cleans each accommodation. There are no absentee property owners, the hospitality business is our family business! The building is set aside and above the Lodge area, and enjoys some privacy, set on the upper half of our 5 acre property. Parking is directly by the front door, in the driveway. Guests have access to all seasonally available amenities and the Resort grounds. The cabin is most optimal for and has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at any time. We have multiple cabins or cabin units as well as Lodge suites available. On the main Adirondack Lodge resort property, there is a seasonal outdoor pool (late June – early Sept), a game room located on the south side of the office building (open between May 1 and October 31). Look for the American flag to find the entrance to the game room. There is also cornhole, shuffleboard basketball horseshoes etc. All of that is on the main resort campus where the green buildings are just below down the hill. You can walk down the path through the woods or you can walk the road and back into the property, whichever you prefer. We also have a large gas party grill located by the pool under the tiki bar.

Other things to note
-Our pet policy: We allow up to one animal, under 50 lbs and at least one year in age. There is a pet fee applicable to your stay. While a guest with us, animals must not be left unattended in your accommodation unless crated, are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and any “business” and all pet hair must be cleaned up by pet parents. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools or the game room. Guests must select "Pet" when reserving. Please contact us before booking if you wish to request exceptions to this policy.
-The Pines & Hemlocks cabins & chalets are part of the Adirondack Diamond Point Resort, which includes a variety of cabins and lodge accommodations and amenities on a 5 acre property spanning both sides of Vito Rd. The main entrances and signs for the resort are located on Lake Shore Drive. The Pines comprise 3 log and A-frame buildings at 19 Vito Rd, and The Hemlocks is a multi-space authentic log cabin, and is located up the hill on 23 Vito Road. Vito Road is a quiet, no-outlet side street.
-We provide all bed linens, comforters, blankets, and pillows. Please bring your own bath towels, or ask us in advance for assistance. We do NOT provide body wash cloths.
-Our Guest laundry is in the game room, and is available from May through September annually. Some accommodations include W/D in the unit.
-We are not a waterfront property, however, we have some views of the lake from parts of the property and several accommodations.
-Airbnb includes "salt & pepper" with pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, etc, in the amenities section. Apologies, but we do not leave any food in the property between guests. Please bring or purchase locally any ingredients needed for your cooking enjoyment
-This is a rustic cabin, and please note that pests may breach the interior. We do treat for rodents, but please be aware that this is a possibility, as in all older buildings. We DO NOT use poison stations, for the safety of our guests' children and pets!
-Smoking is not allowed at our property, in accordance with New York State law. A $100 fine will be assessed to your stay if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the rented unit or in any of the building areas such as window ledges, common rooms or areas, stairs or the entrance area near to the reception.
-Only the registered number of guests may stay in a Cabin or Suite.
For cabin and home rental, please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels
-A $25 charge for each additional adult guest per night will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight.
-We do not allow pets without express permission from the Property.
-All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of their fellow guests and neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the Quiet Hours of 10pm and 8am.
-Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things on the premises.
-Please keep any valuables locked in your cabin, suite or vehicle as a precaution.
-The costs for any damages to resort property as a result of Guest usage and behavior will be charged to the Guest immediately.
-Pool usage is at the sole risk of the Guest. Pool may be used during pool hours only. No horseplay, running or diving is allowed.
-It is the Guest's responsibility to operate any fire places or fire pits SAFELY. If any questions at all regarding operation, please do contact us right away!

Nice little weekend getaway
Overall the property was clean and tidy for our arrival. Upstairs area perfect for children/extra guests but my partner and I enjoyed the one downstairs just fine. Stairs may be a bit tough for those with walking issues (they are a bit narrow) but otherwise not bad for some 20-somethings like us! Easy access to restaurants/attractions up and down the lake and the pool was nicely kept too.

Great Place to Stay
Everything was just like it said in the description, no hidden fees or anything weird. Property manager greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. Will certainly come back next year
