"We stayed 3 nights over the holiday and my only disappointment was that my room (that was a suite) was stocked with one day of coffee for two people. I believe this is the norm as most people drink soda and get their coffee at breakfast ( which was lovely). The coffee packets were not replaced nor the garbage picked up, most likely because it was a holiday week and the rooms get cleaned when you check out. "We had a nice stay during our quick weekend trip to explore Cuyahoga Valley NP. The breakfast was very good with more than the standard fare and staff was readily available and helpful. The room seemed clean. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was blowing freezing air out and we couldn’t seem to find a comfortable temp for the room - it was either hot or frigid."
