"Small, but perfect for what we needed. Owner was quick to respond to questions: We brought an electric skillet with us so we are able to cook some meals. If you enjoy running with ducks, you will like this location."

"Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management"

"Nice place easy to get to. Things that would better screen door should swing to right not left. Then you could use hand rail to climb the four steps, maybe a k-cup coffee maker. We would stay there again. Hostess was very friendly."

"We were in town to watch some college baseball. Peggy greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. The Mini Monarch is a quaint place with all the amenities needed for a few days’ stay.This was our first trip to Deland and we enjoyed our stay."

"My work trip turned in to the most wonderful birthday vacation! The property was amazing. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The apartment was so beautiful, very private and cozy with all the conveniences of Home. We loved having access to all of the farm animals just far enough out of town to give the country feel but still close to all of the shopping conveniences. Five stars all the way and we will definitely be back!"

"This Vrbo is as pictured. Upon entering, the odor was an old musty smell. The double door entrance is kind of a pain. There was a dead roach on the floor and one in the kitchen sink. The set up was odd. Overall, I’d rate this a 5 out of 10."

"The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was peaceful drinking my morning coffee on the dock. The house is very well stocked and even has a crockpot and blender, which I don't always see in a rental. I was a little bummed I couldn't find the coffee grinder that was listed on the amenities, but it was no big deal since the house had both drip and Keurig coffee makers (some Kcups provided!) The house was clean. If I visit the area again, I will stay here again. "
