Our favorite place
This house gives you the cottage feel with hotel amenities! They provide everything, including bikes, kayaks, plenty of games and a shuffleboard table! Always super clean and excellent communication from the host! This was our 3rd time here in a year!

Cozy Home with Great Vibes and Fun Amenities!
This house was the perfect weekend getaway. It was incredibly cozy, with super comfortable couches and beds that made it easy to relax. The jacuzzi was a highlight, very relaxing and fun. We also loved the shuffleboard—it added a fun touch to our stay. The overall vibes of the home were great, making it feel warm and inviting. The host was also great and very communicative and made sure we got the most out of our stay as well. Overall, no complaints at all and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun place to stay!

Relaxing weekend near Lake Harmony
Delightful, cozy “hidden gem”. The home is equipped with everything you can imagine needing for a relaxing weekend away. The welcome amenities were a delightful touch. The house was perfect for our small group of friends but would work as well for a larger family group, with a layout that allows everyone to come together or spend time in the separate living/entertainment areas. Our host was warm and welcoming sending recommendations for our entertainment on arrival and enjoyment of the local area. Will definitely go back and recommend this listing 100%

Backyard Oasis
We loved this place! We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying the firepit, hot tub, and grilling. Perfect for families. Beds were very comfortable and the house is cozy with a lot to do. Rob was very attentive and gave great recommendations.

Amazing Weekend Getaway
Not only is this property gorgeous but the owners think of everything you could need. The attention to detail was incredible. From chocolates on the beds, aroma therapy for the hot tub, and a custom welcome basket and handwritten letter, we felt welcomed from the second we walked in. This house has everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Convertible Road Trip
Our stay at the ranch on Greenwood was excellent! Rob and Janis are gracious hosts with an eye for travelers detail! Communication was wonderful as we were new to the area and not sure where to begin our adventure’s. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, hiking and the town of Jim Thorpe! The wild life kept us entertained too! So much to do and plenty of activities on site as well as relaxing nooks! You will truly enjoy this property!

Lake Heaven
Can't say enough about this wonderful trip. Feeding deer from my hand, hanging out by the firepit, even getting to go to a brewery down the road, with my dogs! Long walks with my dogs, they are mad to be back home (lol). The house was perfect, clean, classy, with a yard that made me forget my busy life for a bit. The owners went out of their way to make me feel that their home was mine, for a short while. I highly recommend this place! Thank you both, we will be back soon!

Cozy place
The property is super close to Big boulder ski resort so its very convenient. It is very cozy and family friendly. The hot tub is perfect after a whole day of snowboarding in the mountain. Highly recommended.

Superb stay!
First and foremost, Rob is excellent with communication. He was even kind enough to let us check-in early. This house includes anything you would need from the kitchen, games, outdoor activities and necessities you normally would have to pack. We loved seeing upgrades since we were just there a few months ago. Super clean, cozy spot for a relaxing weekend!

A little place of Heaven
If I could leave 10 stars I would! House is immaculate, yet warm and cozy! Hosts go over and above to provide so many extra touches. The welcome basket with the wine, aromatherapy for the hot tub, the coziest towels and blankets you ever felt. Kayaks, bikes, indoor and outdoor games ~ you just need to show up and bring your clothes! Rob checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Theresa the cleaning person adds the finishing touches to make your arrival so welcoming. I can't say enough and can't wait to go back. By far the most well maintained property I have stayed at yet!

Cottage with extra amenities!
We loved the cottage, especially the serene backyard oasis. The atmosphere was perfect for a weekend, fall getaway! The amenities were superb and you only needed to bring food and clothing. Everything was included! Excellent communication with the owner! Would love to stay here again!

Rest and Relaxation at Lake Harmony
We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch on Greenwood. The host was very kind and made sure to be accessible and informative during our stay. When entering the VRBO you are greeted with music and a selection of goodies for the guests to enjoy. We were a family of three (plus a dog and infant) who were looking for a chill and relaxing getaway. The rental was everything we needed and more! From the clean hot tub to the multiple spots for fires at night, we felt right at home. The host made sure to make their guests feel comfortable. It was a very successful stay in this oasis away from home!

Greenwood Ranch
Recently booked Greenwood Ranch for my spouse's 40th birthday with her girlfriends. The home was cozy, clean and had unbelievable attention to details. The owner was very welcoming , accessible and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic trip. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Games were plentiful and the hot tub was fantasic even in pouring rain and 20⁰ weather. Highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or a week long escape.

Nice long weekend
The house we stayed at was very accommodating, and welcomed us with a warm welcome sign when we first arrived. In addition to treating our family to a few sweet treats, our host was very attentive. He emailed every morning to check in and made mention of a few things in/around town to do. Because it rained for some of our trip, we were limited in what we were able to do, but having the covered hot tub, plenty of games, and a large living space made the weekend so nice.
