Perfect for families
House was great, only thing I would ask if in the summer the owner really keeps at ac at 70-71 it was very hot and locked at 73. When reaching out he did adjust it immediately it would just be nice to adjust as we see comfortable for our family. Other than that it was great!

Great house!
House was clean, neat and accommodated 8 people (2 families) easily. We had a few issues arise while we were there and the host responded immediately and called back to check in. The patio door is still an issue as other posters have stated. They had someone out to repair while we were there and parts are being ordered so hopefully that will no longer be an issue. Pool was cool, but still useable. Didn't prevent the kids from jumping in at 8 AM.

The house was nice and clean.. i think its a work in progress. Back yard ciuld be beautiful with some work. Glad I read reviews and brought my own supplies because there awas only the necessities. Broughtdetergent, TP and stuff. Yes patio doorr is workout. I hope eventuality it gets fixed.

Overall ok with the property.
Realized too late pool not heated so it was lovely and clean but went unused. The sliding door in living area is not user friendly and really a pain. It was satisfactory for sure . Our stay was short

first the list of negatives: no soap for dishwasher,no bathroom toilet paper,the sliding glass door was very hard to open and close,we are elderly and had to rely on grandkids to let us out and in, read some of the reviews and seems it has been a issue for 2 years. positives:beds were comfortable, Grandkids enjoyed the pool.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The back sliding door does stick which is fine if you have a stronger person who also knows how to be gentle. Lol. Other wise this place was awesome! Super comfortable for our group. The only 1 suggestion I would have is maybe get better mattresses for the bunk beds. They would be perfect for young kids but a bit uncomfortablefor our adult kids we brought. To be honest I hate to even say that because this place was truly awesome. We will be back!!!

Long weekend to lake Havasu for fishing.
Matt was great at communicating The house had great parking for 2 boats and trucks We did have a difficult time with the Arcadia door, it didn’t glide well and made it difficult to let the dogs outside during the night and not wake people up. Overall, the house was comfortable and accommodated 4 adults. We didn’t even use one room that would have accommodated 5 more people. The pool was clean but too cold to swim in the beginning of May. The back yard was completely gravel. I think in time, the landscaping can be done and the backyard would be a beautiful place to hang out and enjoy a bbq.

Great House in a Great Location!
The house was great to stay in for our trip. Lake Havasu has such great biking and hiking trails. It was great to have a house to store our bikes and a great kitchen for cooking. We were hungry after spending the days hiking and/or biking.

Great location and perfect
House was great. The TV in on spare room did not work. We tried everything but couldnt get it up. Slider is hard to work. My elderly Mother in law couldn’t open it. So if you have elderly or people who need assistance then that’s something you need to know that it will be hard for them to access the backyard. Overall our stay was great and would love to come back! One thing the house could use is a user manual with instructions on how to work some things like which remotes go for what. But we absolutely loved our stay.

An ideal property
We liked our stay here. There’s a stubborn patio door and the backyard isn’t great, but the house is nice. We still enjoyed the pool out back and we were comfortable the whole way through. I would definitely stay here again!
