"Location was excellent and right next to the city center and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction was ongoing and right outside our bedroom window with construction starting at 7;00am. It was impossible to sleep with the early morning drilling. Otherwise, the room was adequately stocked and nightly turndown service was appreciated. "

"This is a wonderful hotel situated in a small town just off the motorway The room looking out at the lake was lovely. They provided a mat and a bowl for our dog which was a nice touch. Parking on site is easy the breakfast fabulous. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. Will definitely return if passing again, but would stay longer to see more of the area. "

"Wonderful stay for 4 nights. Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable bed , plenty of Storage and a fridge . Fresh towels every day . Staff very friendly. No dining or bar facility open after lunch time. A short walk to boat to Lucerne or tram to Rigi. "

"We are a family of five with three sons and this place was perfect for us. We had a suite with a great view of the lake and we really enjoyed walking on some of the surrounding trails. The room had all of the modern conveniences and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here. "

"Our stay was memorable and beautiful. We loved the balcony with a view of the lake. Also really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the lake. Perfect location for the Rose Festival. The room was cozy and had nice amenities like coffee and water. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I highly recommend the Beau Rivage for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of Lucerne."

"The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the hotel is in a good ,convenient position and the building is modern and stylish. We had a very good stay and enjoyed our visit to Lucerne. "Loved the decor and design at this hotel! The bar area is particularly lovely and serves great food. Breakfast had a variety of options to enjoy. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Excellent location- 10 mins tops to the riverside, same again for the station. Area around the hotel is busy but felt safe. Room was nice/stylishly done, but did have an ‘open’ set up to the bathroom, which when sharing may or may not be an issue? Something to bear in mind. All in all, a great stay!"

"Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff. "
