The Grafton Lodge, and particularly suite #6, exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained and manicured, and our suite was unbelievable. It was beautiful, well furnished and decorated, and very clean. But most important, the King bed was very comfortable...we slept like babies.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious. Location is excellent nearby downtown Lake Lure and a short drive further to Chimney Rock. Always enjoy staying here and visiting with the owner/operators.

We could not stay there very long, but we loved when we got to the room that they had a fire going. The room was lovely, and it felt very cozy. We got in late and were given a code to get into the room. After reading all the great reviews, we were very disappointed we had to leave before breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
