"Booked this property for a six-week stay as part of a Florida snow bird trip. Was perfect for what I needed as a digital nomad just trying to escape the cold and visit Universal on the weekends. Space was clean and hosts were friendly and communicative. Very safe neighborhood - no concerns as a solo female traveler.I had my car with me so food was not an issue with the limited appliances but if you won’t have a car and will be spending a lot of time at the property it is something to consider. "

"Great, great house"

"Dyna was a lovely host and her dog Bella, was the best! We enjoyed the hot tub the most as FL was going through a cold front during our visit, but mid 60s -mid 70s was a treat compared to the weather we were having back North. Lake Eola Park is walking distance and a must to visit. (Nice restaurant, bike rentals close by, swan boat rentals, events, wildlife) The house is going through some upgrades which Dyna informed us about before arrival, so there were some appliances there ready for...

"Overall the place was good and very accurate to the listing. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to where we needed to go. The only thing I would say that was a negative was the A/c it was a little warm at night. I brought a box fan and that helped but I enjoyed our stay! Would recommend to others. "

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"Very comfortable house; well set up kitchen, except need more kitchen towels. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We missed the small print that heating pool was extra, so be aware. Also, when 5 people are there for 5 days, probably need more than 1 roll of extra toilet paper and more than half a roll of paper towels. But overall, great place to stay."
