Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. Secluded comfort in Lake Placid

Leigh and Charles condo is the perfect stay for a small group in Lake Placid. Wonderfully secluded in the woods, while also being a quick 10 minute walk from Lake Placids main street. All bedrooms are true to pictures, very comfortable and clean. We hope to stay again!

Weekend away

We rented the condo because my son was competing in the ADK Challenge. The condo’s location was great, just a 5 minute drive to get into the village.The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again.

Weekend getaway (parents Xmas gift)

Location of property is second to none! Layout of house is fantastic especially with bathrooms accommodating all bedrooms. Very short walk to main strip and stuff to do everywhere there, pick a direction and walk! Highly recommend, enjoy the beauties all around!!!

Great Place to stay

We stayed 2 night in Lake Placid and really enjoyed the accomodation. Close to downtown - we walked to dinner and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would recomend this place.

Lake Placid stay

Clean and well-appointed - good water pressure, beds, lots of linens, good WiFi and television. Great location (put on snow tires if you are heading there during the winter). Property manager was helpful and responsive.

Wonderful townhouse close to town

We had a great stay with 2 couples and 2 young children. Some of the beds listed are in the main living room area rather than an bedroom. Excellent check in and location.

Great property!!

This is a great property, 3 spacious bedrooms, each has their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable house, loved the Olympic Decor. Owner was very easy to work with, answered any questions with a few minutes, would definitely stay again!!

Diamond in the rough

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very close to town and all the hiking trails and other activities. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we wish it had was a fire pit outside to sit around in the evenings. We would stay again and will if available next year!

Great Getaway

My family and I had a lovely time staying at the townhouse. It’s close enough to at the action on Main Street that you can walk. The space was clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 kids and it felt like a good sized space for us (not too small but not too large either).

Perfect spot for a girls trip

We had a great time . All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need . The only Issue we had was the floor had not been cleaned well which was causing an ant issue .
