The owners Buck and Clea are amazing hosts. Their breakfast every morning is truly a treat!!! Whiteface skiing is only 5 min away with a car, and Lake Placid 9 miles. The roads are always cleaned after snowfall.

Buck and Cleo were very friendly, as were the other guests who I met during my stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Booked a room with a private bathroom. Close to both Lake Placid and Saranac Lake.

This is a farmhouse with many years on it. It is convenient for outdoor enthusiasts to hike, bike, canoe, ski. An exceptional location for all of these. The house is comfortable, but guests need to realize it is a farmhouse once used as a farm. We enjoyed the hospitality and the accomodations.

Great B&B in the Adirondacks near Lake Placid
Buck and Clea were wonderful hosts…warm, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is terrific, the rooms clean and comfy and plenty of areas to sit and relax or play the many games available. The location is close to Whiteface Mountain, Lake Wales and many other attractions.

Fabulous bed and breakfast! The owners are first class and are attentive to every detail. I was there during Ironman Lake Placid and they went the extra mile to help all the people staying there to have the best possible experience. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. It also is very close to the mountain if skiing was a planned trip.

Not crazy about rooms with shared bathroom
Buck and Clea are very friendly. We stayed in room 6 with a shared bathroom. The mattress was so hard and the pillows so thin that I could not get comfortable sleeping my first night, and hardly slept. The bathroom was small and I did not like the shower head. That said, we glanced in the rooms that had a private bathroom and those all looked really nice. There was also a good amount of road noise. Buck made good food and generous portions for breakfast. If I were to go again it would be in a room with a private bathroom and not room 6.

Amazing B&B in the Adirondack. The hosts are wonderful and the breakfasts AMAZING. The house is beautiful with tones of character, a lovely fire place, board games, hot tub, etc... The share part of the house is great to meet other travellers from everywhere and share a tea, or a wine! Highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful stay!
My wife and I had an amazing stay at this cozy bed and breakfast. Buck and Clea are wonderful people. They were very welcoming and engaging. We felt at home at their place. The food was also amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious. The property is conveniently located near everything the Adirondacks has to offer. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning!
