Wonderful Cabin and Stay
My family of 6 had a great time at this cabin with seamless check-in and reservation. Great location, size and cleanliness. Entire property was very well kept and had all the cabin vibes you'd want. Definitely recommend this cabin and would stay again. Thanks to the owners for sharing!

Beautiful cabin! Truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderful, super responsive owner, but I'm going to give three points of constructive criticism because we want to stay again: 1. Fix the fireplace. I want to be clear heating is not reliant upon the fireplace which is Natural Gas, as the cabin provides central heating which was adequate at 71 degrees F, but we would've loved the firplace to work more than 15 minutes.. (Beware: You need a password to set the central heating higher than 71 degress which is kinda odd) 2: Fix the drains in the guest bathroom sink so that you they work and the kitchen faucet handle falls from Hot to Cold if you don't lift it all the way up. An owner would never let this be if they lived there in my opinion. 3. Get a toaster oven or a toaster that works, the Sunbeam one couldn't fetch a dollar at a garage sale. Ok but overall we truly enjoyed our stay! Truly a Great location! Great Place! Big kudos to local Snow Plower!!!!

It was easy to get there. As soon we arrive it was easy as well to unlock. Which was good for me that am not too much of a technical person. Me and my whole family loved the vibe decor it has. It felt like we where home. Everything was clean and ready to use. We didn’t it had to drive to a snow park. We just step out and my whole family had fun time. Thank you so much for accepting our stay at your beautiful home. We had amazing experiences and a amazing vacation.

The view on website shows a direct short walk in to beach but when you arrive in place, there is no beach close by. The blankets were too thick and heavy that make the person sweat and suffocated. The temperature is set to 72F as the owners choice. The guests can not adjust it although guests contacted the owner to send PIN number for changing the temperature. No respond received. The gas heater is too complicated that makes the guests frustrated to turn it on.

Property was easy to get to from main road. Clean except couple of minor stuff. It needed to be dusted up mainly the ceiling fans. There were cobwebs in the master bd en-suite. No extra hand soaps, towels in the bathroom. Otherwise, the property is clean and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It seems to be in a residential area, surrounded by large pine trees. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would consider returning to it. Since there doesn't seem to be any way of providing feedback on ways to improve I'll do it here: No toys, chairs for the beach; broken light fixture in the master bedroom; bannister was missing a wood piece and staples were exposed (we removed them with pliers); the picture online shows a charcoal barbecue--it is a gas one; the gas barbecue needed written directions for usage; the TV was impossible to navigate (needs written directions). Overall, the above issues were minor and we appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Tahoma Vacation rental
The property itself was excellent, was accurately represented in the photographs and information provided and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Neighboring properties are very close by, but were unoccupied when we were there, allowing us to enjoy the deck in quiet. However the property manager (Evolve) was very unresponsive to our queries and screened us off from the property owner who never contacted us until the day before our arrival. Because we like to have communication with the property owner before booking as a rule so that we have some feeling for each other, I am dissatisfied having a property manager between the owner and VRBO. We have not experienced this in our previous rentals through VRBO and Homeaway. I would avoid renting another house that had an intervening property manager and would not rent another house that Evolve was responsible for.

The big smart tv with all the apps you will ever need was fantastic. We loved the gas fireplace in the living room kept us toasty and warm. Bathrooms were good, including the half bath upstairs. Morning, early afternoon sun on the patio was great. Kitchen well equipped. Know that the ice maker does not work, nor do the ice/water dispensers work. One tv in the downstairs bedroom, but not in the master. The neighborhood was very quiet. *** Sorry to say that the mattresses/pads need to be changed out— pretty soft and worn. Instruction manual could have included more details.

First impression: dangerous icy driveway (would not fit 2 cars), beer bottle caps and half burnt logs all over the ground, door code did not work, called the manager they had to do it for us remotely. Heater is controlled remotely! Had to call for more heat. Property manager did not answer my calls after the first night! I got lucky to have owner’s number. Second day had the same problem with the door code, not fun after a long day to wait in the cold. Since everything is locked and remotely controlled and there is a camera (supposedly only looking outside!), it felt like we are being watched. Not a good feeling. Not recommended for families with kids (kitchen is not well equipped- not kids friendly), or during snow.

The outside setting is nestled rim in the middle of a suburban forest which gives it a magical kind of vibe. If you’re looking to make wonderful memories with friends or family for any occasion, this place is it!

Pretty perfect!
We had a great time. Our son and his wife’s family have a house in Tahoma so the rest of our family rented this home to celebrate his birthday weekend. We spent our time between two houses with all the family and it was pretty perfect. Just be careful with the stairs they are pretty steep. My husband was carrying out too many things while we were leaving, missed a step and fell. He needed a few stitches on our way out. His fault for carrying too much just need to be cautious. Super clean and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Quiet Home
Beautiful home in Lake Tahoe. Equipped with everything you need for a family of 5. The children loved the home and we had our personal sledding area. The only thing we can suggest is upgrading the beds... maybe a king in the master but overall everything else was beyond exceptional. The home owner was easy to reach and answered al of our questions. We will definitely be staying here again when back in Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood was quiet and not to far away from the groceries stores... I give this home many thumbs up!!

Had a wonderful time with family. We had to rebook our earlier stay in December to the spring due to COVID. The house was perfect for our family, clean, updated and cozy. Great location to get to the slopes for spring skiing.
