Check in was good with Miranda
She provided us an upgrade but when we got to our room we were right on the loud elevators.
Immediately notified front desk but had to go down and wait 20 minutes in line. Next person has to take away our upgrade and put us in a standard low floor room. Right next to housekeeping door ( slamming and shaking our room repeatedly)
What can you do? FYI we were always cordial and polite but felt underwhelmed with how we were treated. Vegas should always be a place where you are treated like royalty even if you're not.
I would not recommend to friends or family for this reason.
