About this property

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A two- story house with sweeping views of Bass Strait and the North Arm.


This house is an ideal family retreat, with enough room for a boat trailer. The back yard is fully fenced making it safe for children and your dog.
A large back deck was added in 2023 giving easy access to the large backyard. This compliments the front deck with water views.

The open plan is simple with clean crisp lines so as to not distract from the stunning views that can be enjoyed from all parts of the top level and on the large balcony that runs the length of the house.

There are even glimpses of water views from each of the 3 bedrooms downstairs.
One queen, 1 double and bunk beds in the 3rd room.
Linen ( Sheets and bath towels ) are provided.
You need to bring your own beach towel.


The garden is planted with banksias and other native plants attracting a range of birds that visit daily.
As you lie in bed each night you will hear the distant waves from the sea to lull you to sleep. There is no traffic noice from this property to keep you awake.


It is a quiet street away from the bustle of town but only a 2min drive to the beach however with views like this you might be reluctant to leave home.


The facilities are well stocked so that you will have everything you need to be able to cook from home and enjoy dinning outside on one of the large decsk.
There is one full bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. This is next to the master bedroom This is an additional shower in the laundry. A 2nd toilet was added to the full bathroom this season with the other toilet in a private space between the laundry and master bathroom.

Pets are to be outside however I am open to discuss some concessions.
This is a self-check in property with no owner looking over your shoulder however I am always just a phone call away should you have any questions.

Perfect location with Lakes Entrance
We had a very enjoyable time staying at Julie’s place. The location is set back from the esplanade up on the hillside which provides amazing views across the region. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and the visit by the local birds on the balcony each morning was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Tranquility at its best!
Julie, our host, has done an amazing job with this property. The home and location is perfect, set in a quiet street overlooking the North Arm. Fastidiously Clean, amazing views and so very relaxing. The beautiful array of native birds in the garden and the enjoyment of eating breakfast with the local magpies is part and parcel of this fantastic home. The lovely big back yard is well fenced and suitable for taking your loved fur babies. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this very special place. Perfect for a short break
Situated in a quiet neighbourhood a short drive from Lakes Entrance Esplanade, this house was perfect for our family of 3 adults and a dog, as well as our boat. Julie was quick to reply to questions, and her communication was friendly and helpful. Views from the kitchen/dining/lounge and deck were fantastic. We look forward to staying in this lovely home again.

Amazing place and will be back, the view was so under estimated in the photos. Close to all you need, stayed a week but will be back to explore more. Loved the bbq on the balcony and we also brought our two big dogs along and they loved the big backyard as-well.

Great location and beautiful views. The house has everything you need for a good stay. Big open entertaining areas, large yard with picnic table and a good size deck for a bbq while you watch the sunset. We loved it!

A pleasant stay at a nice location
Property was clean and had a lovely outlook across the valley to the ocean. My dogs loved the large back yard and the protection of the carport when the rain arrived. Overall a great stay. Only negative was perhaps bedding could be upgraded.

Property good location. House was comfortable. However we found it not to be Covid safe. No hand sanitizer or cleaning products to disinfect areas. Cleanliness was not the best as we had to vacuum the carpet upstairs on arrival. Plates were not cleaned properly and cupboards had dirty hand marks. It was advertised as a secure yard for pets, however there was a issue with the gate and the dog got out. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the view was lovely.
