With amazing views of Huntington Lake and the China Peak areas, this gorgeous two-bedroom home is waiting to provide your group with the vacation you've been waiting for! Step inside to find a warm and welcoming living space filled with comfortable furniture, access to one of two spacious decks with spectacular views, and a handsome river rock wood-burning fireplace. When you're not out on the lake or on a horseback riding adventure, kick back in the living room to enjoy a good movie or show on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with ample counter space and appliances to help you prepare a terrific meal, and you can enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar and dinners over the dining table with seating for six. You'll have two comfy bedrooms on the lower level, the primary room with private deck access. Guests will enjoy lunching at Mono Hot Springs or Vermilion Resort, and there is hiking and lots of other fun outdoor activities nearby as well.

Lovely getaway in the Sierras
This was a fun cabin for our summertime vacation. We enjoyed fantastic hiking trails within a few minutes’ drive and small beaches right at the bottom of the hill. Kitchen is stocked with all of the tools you might need, but no spices. Fantastic views of the forest and lake.

Perfect retreat space
We were a group of 4 friends who rented the cabin for a few days as a creative retreat. It was the perfect space for creativity, nightly chats by the fire, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was great (bring your own spices), and while it was a bit too cold for us to use the balcony, we loved the views from the house. There were nice trails nearby, and plenty of parking during this time of year. I highly recommend this spot!

Nice condo. Could use welcome notebook and instructions for electronics. Heat cycles wildly and cannot be adjusted. Nice fireplace. Good parking. Very difficult to locate. Beds are good.

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen left some to be desired most of the kitchen utensils, plates etc needed to be cleaned prior to use probably left that way by prior renters. The rest of the condo was well kept and clean as could be given the stains on the carpets and some other general wear and tear. Good value and as expected based on previous reviews.

The cabin is in a good location and has a great view. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds, the loft beds are challenging to access. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The living room is quite cozy with two nice, comfy couches and recliner. The television is huge and new. We were happy to be able to watch the presidential debate. The view of the lake is very nice. There are beautiful trees all around. Nice spot. I would return.

The cleaning was not great and the place seemed messy! No hair dryer or shampoos, little things to make you feel welcome. The walk when you are older to the unit with the snow was hard to access. It was close to China Peak which was nice.

Overall decent
Overall, the condo was decent. It was hard to find. But overall everything was there. As others have said, the heating is strange. It would be nice in the winter for the heater to be on when we arrived. The house was in the 40's. Also would have been nice to know that the loft is up a ladder not stairs.

Hobie regatta
It is one of the best condos we have rented but there are huge black stains on the carpet and also pet stains on the carpet. We were under the impression that pets were not allowed and we left our Miniature Schnauzer at home. Also the garbage disposal never worked. The condo is very clean otherwise. The kitchen is well stocked. The refrigerator is very roomy and nice. The dishwasher is very very nice. We would definitely stay there again. The view is magnificent!
