Thanks for your interest in our brand new vacation house in Lakeside - which we are very proud of! See you on the beach.

The House:
Our 3 bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Other features include a washer & dryer, a back patio with furniture, a gas grill, fire pit, Xfinity Internet, and central air conditioning. And of course the we have a HOT TUB - which is scheduled to be delivered in early July (so no photos available yet).

The Beach:
Includes private beach access rights to the exclusive New Circle Association Beach. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Never crowded and always relaxing. Amazing sunsets.

The Neighborhood:
This is a perfect get-away-from-it-all destination that still has modern amenities within easy reach. Union Pier is just 1.5 miles down the road with shops, an awesome farmers market, and fine dining.

Loved Lakside!
This place was the perfect beach getaway for our family. The hot tub got lots of use, and we loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The beach was gorgeous and all of the provided beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, games, etc) made it all so easy. We will defitinely be back!

Wonderful getaway
This was the perfect place to kick off our summer! Beautiful home, conveniently located a short walk from Lake Michigan. We loved the private beach. Next time we hope to use the hot tub and will bring some firewood for the fire pit.

The home is perfect size for two families or a larger family to getaway. House is super cozy with lots of amenties to make the stay easier (spice cabinet, beach toys, fire pit, yard games, board games. Beach is a short walk down the road but so worth it, had the place to ourselves. Eli is super responsive, would totally stay again

Perfect for a beach getaway
We loved this home & location, it was perfect for our family! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the fire pit & hot tub at night. The beach is a short walk away and is great for families. On an overcast day we took advantage of the adventure park and blueberry picking, all within 15 min. Plenty of great places to eat nearby too if you’re not looking to cook. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Lakeside, MI area. The home was very nice, clean & the owners had a kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. We greatly appreciated that. The walk to the beach was nice & being on the private beach was great for our group. We will be back.

Wonderful location!
This property was true to its listing. Beautiful location which was private, surrounded by trees, deer and very peaceful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away which was also very quiet during the week. We were at the beach twice a day and New Buffalo is a short 10 minute drive to enjoy a few nights out. The kids didn’t want to leave and neither did we. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing stay
The house is gorgeous and well-stocked. The extra touches, like chairs and umbrella by the beach, were a special treat. The hot tub is glorious and we loved the bluetooth feature for music. Grill, deck, firepit, soak tub, private beach access, this house has it all. The neighborhood is quiet even though the house is by a busy road and train tracks. This did not deter our stay at all. It was nice to not have houses right on top of us. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect get away!
Booked from Georgia with hopes it would be nice. Could not believe how comfortable and clean this place was. Used the private beach every day without being crowded like the public beaches. They have chairs and an umbrella to use which made going to the beach so much easier. Location is excellent! Central to everything but peacefull. Grandbabies loved the deer and rabbits that visited us. Will definitely be booking this house again.

Great Property...Great Owners
Stay here...just not on the dates we want to return! This is an excellent property with everything you'd want in a VRBO: fantastic location, all the amenities and creature comforts of home, spotlessly clean, and only a short walk from a fantastic little private beach. You really won't be disappointed. You are only a short drive from New Buffalo, which has all of the little shops and restaurants. Another short drive gets you to Warren Dunes State Park. Another gem of the Michigan coast. If you enjoy running or cycling, as my family does, there are plenty of routes along nearby Lakeshore Rd to get in those early morning miles before you enjoy a day at the beach. The communication with the owners is superb and they provide excellent instructions to guide you through your stay.

Fantastic
We had four of us in this very clean, spacious home. The walk to the beach was a pleasant, quick walk, about 5-7 minutes. No busy roads to cross. The stairs to the beach were not bad, one of us has bad knees but no problem. They have a landing half way if you need to stop. The beach is gorgeous, clean. Not many people on it, very nice. The host provided lots of beach towels, bathroom towels, kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Backyard - porch with outdoor furniture, grill ( we used a few times) fire pit, hot tub ( very relaxing). The area is quiet. We drove to Union Pier market, just down the road. Plenty of groceries if you need anything. We all had a fantastic time and really did not want to leave. Excellent place, excellent host.

Very clean home. Very close to the beach and good distance to other recreational activities, quiet neighborhood. Eli will answer any questions you have instantly. The hot tub is very well maintained. I think the pictures of this listing don’t do this home justice. Would definitely do another girls trip here again.

Nice and spacious rental
We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. House was spacious enough for 5/6 of us. Kitchen is very workable with lots of counter space and pantry space. Beach is a relatively short easy walk. We really enjoyed the hot tub. My only recommendation is that it would be nice to have more living room furniture seating as there’s only 4 places to sit but the house sleeps 8. But the house is very comfortable and clean. Beds are all very comfortable. We would stay again for sure . Owners are very nice to work with. Loved our stay.
