Looking for a great place to make memories with your family? An awesome house for a couples get-away with plenty of space and privacy? Girls weekend oasis, guys trip to fish and boat, watch the football game? Perfect family get together for the the holidays, or a romantic spot for two?

This lake house can do it all!!! Large enough to accommodate multiple families, yet with intimate escapes that transport you out of your everyday worries.

If you are looking to fish, boat, kayak, sail, jet-ski, ski, snowboard, snowmobile, ice fish, horseback ride, golf etc. this is the place located on the water, and just minutes away from Mad River Ski resort and plenty of golf courses.

Home is fully equipped. The renovated kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, silverware, cookware, dishes. Dining seats 14. Island bar seats 4. Living room has 1 pull out couch full size bed, 1 Love seat, hi-speed wifi, 70 inch flatscreen smart TV, and amazing views of Indian Lake. BR1: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR2: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR3: Bunk Bed room with a single bed underneath. Another twin bed with a single bed underneath / 43 inch smart TV (wifi). You will rest peacefully in one of the three bedrooms or even the pull-out couch located in the living area. Towels, linens, pillows provided. Iron and hairdryer. BRAND NEW-Washer and dryer. Heat and A/C. Outside Propane Grill. Boat parking out back of house! Nice fenced in backyard! Where you can play corn hole ( provided at cottage ) & let the kids play! Beautiful Deck to accommodate all your friends & family! Separate deck on the water. Where you can sit swing & enjoy the pure bliss of lake life!

Plenty of Parking on site you can fit about 5-6 vehicles.

Little park located about 2 mins (walk) down the street great for kids! Perfect neighborhood to take a run or just a peaceful walk.

This is a great getaway for a bigger family love the whole surroundings.
We enjoyed the space in the house the outside area was Beautiful it was nice to have pet friendly and enjoyed that we could stay put and enjoy cooking on the grill and play Cornhole and games at the house that was provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house has absolutely everything you need for a weekend stay!! Our group of 7 enjoyed the large great room, beautiful kitchen, massive dining table and outdoor fire pit. Chelsea was super responsive and recommended a boat rental that was delivered to the dock which was amazing!

A place that gave 3 generations incredible joy
Every member of our family of 10, ages 70 to 1, never lost a smile from their face. This place has it all! Yard, deck, and raft for children. Canoe, great dock, 2 fridges, swings, and comfortable beds for parents. Comfy couches and deck chairs for grandparents. And...it's strategically located to the Tilton Hilton. :-)

Awesome lake house
This was the perfect lake house. It’s on one of the inlets for the lake so you still get to enjoy the water but it’s quieter. The outside area was perfect for our group. Lots of space and different areas to hang out. There were plenty of places to sleep and everything was clean and nice looking. I would highly recommend this house!!

Great Location
This home was beautiful and the open space in the kitchen/living room was perfect for little ones to run around and play in. Same for the yard, it was perfect and we fully utilized the fire pit. We have such an incredible family stay and grateful for the owners of the home. We also rented a boat through a separate company that was dropped off in the morning at our dock and picked up a few days later. The stay was so easy and painless even traveling with kids.

Cabin on the Lake
Property is conveniently located to the lake which made boating easier to access for loading of passengers and supplies. Parking is plentiful even with multiple boat trailers and vehicles. House is well stocked with all necessary cooking supplies and appliances, bedding, condiments etc... The host, Chelsea, was very accommodating to our needs and concerns and was a pleasure. We will consider on booking again in the future.

This home has everything you need from a slow cooker to q tips, everything was clean and easy to find. We had family and friends ages 6 to 69. One of the family rides a small scooter and there was plenty of room in the house to get around. It would be nice if it was easier for the elderly to get on the back deck. Everyone had a great time.

Birthday Lake Weekend
The stay was perfect from beginning to end. Even tho we didn’t need to- we were allowed to arrive early and check out late. The property was quiet with friendly neighbors and had a great location. It was set right on private access to water and a great doc for the boat. The yard was well taken care of and the fire pit was a nice touch. The owner responded to questions immediately and was willing to help at any and all points of our stay. Truly above and beyond expectations and we wish all of our vacation stays were as nice as this one!

Perfect getaway spot!
This was the perfect property for a mini-family reunion. We fit very comfortably with two families with young kids plus grandparents. The open living room/kitchen area and huge dining area in the converted back porch provided tons of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. The backyard is also great for entertaining with plenty of seating on the dock and back deck. We had a gathering with extended family one afternoon (17 people) and there was plenty of space to socialize, plus the visitors were very complimentary of the property. There is a playground just around the corner, and we also enjoyed taking the canoe on the lake. The host was very communicative and friendly and the house was extremely well-stocked with any supplies you might need (all the condiments, serving dishware/party supplies, outdoor gear, even beer and ice cream sandwiches!). This place is a true gem!
