"This property is amazing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch watching the cows in the front pasture. It was so peaceful, we didn't want to leave! The owner is wonderful, easy to contact and quick to reply. We had a wonderful time."

"We stayed here with my family, including my mobility challenged FIL. The walk in shower was helpful for my FIL. The beds are comfy. The communication with the host is stellar. We were fleeing Hurricane Helene, and Jean let us check in earlier that day. For some reason the dog fee wasn’t charged and Jean didn’t collect it even though I did offer. Not sure what happened with the system. The listing did have a BBQ grill, which I would have used if we had lost power, but we never lost power, yay! I...

"My daughter and I were in the area for a wedding at Laurel Hill which was about 15 minutes down the road. This was perfect for our short stay. We felt safe and had everything we needed. "

"The drive into the neighborhood was kinda sketchy at first. Driving way way back into what starts out looking like a trailer park with red trash cans that line the street. Then moving farther back into the neighborhood it changes into small houses. Then down sand dirt roads, through the soft sand driveway to the locked gate. Once in the gate you can see the two guest rooms to the left of the property. The main house is gated, which was wonderful for our fur babies. It has a wonderful wrap around...

"We found this place and it is perfect for us. My husband, our fur babies, and I love the outdoors and it is perfect for us. It is small. Which we like. It has a toaster oven, small fridge, coffee machine with single pot cups provided, a grill, stand up shower, comfortable bed, no carpet floors (blessing with fur babies), a porch looking at a beautiful lake, and a cute little city just up the street. Wonderful cozy hideaway

"We stayed here with my family, including my mobility challenged FIL. The walk in shower was helpful for my FIL. The beds are comfy. The communication with the host is stellar. We were fleeing Hurricane Helene, and Jean let us check in earlier that day. For some reason the dog fee wasn’t charged and Jean didn’t collect it even though I did offer. Not sure what happened with the system. The listing did have a BBQ grill, which I would have used if we had lost power, but we never lost power, yay! I did clarify about the grill but she said she had to remove it for insurance reasons. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pecan trees are gorgeous. You will not be disappointed with this property. My only suggestion is to add a cookie sheet to the well-equipped kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
