"The location was great for quick access to the beach. A cute little park across the street. A quiet neighborhood. A little dusty and cleaning could have been a little tidier. But overall not too bad of a stay. A great location."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet at night and the accommodations were perfect for 5 people. Quick access by car downtown and also the RTA West 117th train stop was within walking distance. There were also some neighborhood bars and restaurants very close by that were fun to go to."

"We rented this property for a weekend. When we arrived there were multiple issues including the heat not working, blood-like stains on the bed, ceiling fans that could not be turned off and window AC units in the windows on a 45 degree day at the end of October. We sent photos as requested by the owner to an email and then also forwarded those to his personal email (provided by VRBO) and he never responded to either email. We ended up not staying and booking a hotel instead."

"We were in town for a family wedding and chose this house for the proximity to other family living in town. There is definitely obvious wear and tear on the inside and outside of the home. This is an older neighborhood with older homes which we appreciate the charm of. We were a bit nervous based on the other reviews, but we were not going to be around much and mostly just sleeping there. There is only one television per floor, there are no vanities or desks to use to get ready for the day and...
