"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. "It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "

"A really great hotel with a sincerely welcoming staff. Off season is great! Less crowds, just as many restaurants and such. We loved this hotel. Bed comfortable, linens lovely. Bathroom upgraded and adequate closet. Nice extras, great staff. It is conveniently located to walk the historic district, little Venice and fishmonger’s lane, etc. breakfast was a special treat and worth the extra charge. The room was warm but could be modulated by opening the window on what was a very quiet street . "
